Ped’s Free Trial Terms (28 Days) Please read to the end to continue
1. Validity and Access The PED’S ordering system offers a free 28-day trial period starting from the account creation date. During this time, users will have access to catalog management, distributor administration, and order reception features in the central warehouse..
2. Payment Commitment The free trial does not require a credit card and does not create any automatic payment obligations. Access to the system will be suspended after the 28th unless the user subscribes to a paid plan.
3. Support and Implementation During the trial, the user will have access to basic technical support for initial setup. We reserve the right to manually assist with inventory loading to ensure proper system validation by the client.
4. Data Backup and Deletion If, after the 28-day period, the user decides not to subscribe to the service: • The data will be stored for an additional 15 days as a courtesy for possible reactivation. • After this period, all information (catalog, distributor data, and order history) will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Ped's Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Prior Satisfaction GuaranteeSince the Client has had a free trial period of 28 days to validate the operability, interface and compatibility of the PED’S system with their business model, the payment of the subscription is considered an acceptance of conformity with the software.
2. Return Period Once the subscription or license payment has been made, the Customer has a maximum of 5 business days to request a return or refund.
3. Refund Conditions A refund will only be issued under the following technical circumstances: • A critical system error preventing order processing that is not resolved by our support team within 72 business hours. • A serious technical incompatibility not detected during the trial period.
4. Exclusions No refunds will be issued in the following cases: • Requests made after the 5th business day following payment. • Service termination due to internal administrative decisions by the Client (e.g., business closure or change in logistics). • Failures resulting from the Client's internet connection or misuse by their distributors.
5. Procedure To request a refund, the Customer must send an email to admin@diginetve.online detailing the technical issue. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method..
Cancellation and Refund Policy Landing Pages
1. Nature of the Service Landing page design and development is a one-time, customized service. Because the work involves hours of design, copywriting, and programming from day one, refunds are subject to the project's progress.
2. Cancellation and Refund Window The client has the right to request project cancellation under the following conditions: • 100% Refund: If the client requests cancellation within the first 24 hours of payment, provided no diagnostic, wireframing, or design work has begun. • 50% Refund: If the client cancels after receiving the initial visual proposal or sketch, but before the page is programmed or published. This 50% covers consulting and graphic design costs. • No Refund (0%): Once the landing page has been programmed, uploaded to the server, or delivered for final review. No refunds will be issued once the digital product is functional.
3. Non-Refundable Exceptions No refunds will be issued for the following: • Purchase of domains (.com, .net, etc.) and hosting plans that have already been activated. • Licenses for fonts, stock images, or specific plugins purchased for the client. • Disagreements with the design if it was previously approved during the sketching phase.
4. Performance Guarantee If, after final delivery, the landing page has technical errors (broken links, forms that don't send emails), the client has 7 business days to report them and have them corrected at no additional cost. This is not grounds for a refund, but rather a support guarantee.
5. Application Process All refund requests must be sent to admin@diginetve.online stating the reasons. If approved, the refund process will take place within 5 to 10 business days.
Return and Refund Policy for electronic equipment/technology
1. Return Period You have a period of 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
2. Product Conditions For a return to be accepted, the equipment (laptops, PCs, security cameras, etc.) must meet the following requirements: • Original Condition: The product must be free of any signs of use, scratches, or physical damage. • Complete Packaging: It must include its original box, protective cases, manuals, cables, software, and any additional accessories included in the package. • Security Seals: The manufacturer's or store's warranty seals must be intact. • Software and Accounts: In the case of laptops and cameras, the equipment must be returned restored to factory settings, without administrator passwords or linked to personal accounts (iCloud, Google, monitoring software, etc.).
3. Items Not Subject to Return • Software with already activated licenses. • Equipment damaged by power surges, humidity, or improper installation by the user. • Open consumables (such as ink or toner cartridges that come with certain equipment).
4. Return Process 1. Request: Contact us at admin@diginetve.online with your order number and reason for return. 2. Technical Inspection: Once we receive the equipment, our technical team will perform a review within 2 to 5 business days to confirm that it meets the aforementioned conditions. 3. Resolution: If the product is approved, you can choose between: Exchange for an identical or similar product. Store credit for future purchases. Refund (processing time will depend on your payment method).
5. Warranty for Manufacturing Defects If the equipment experiences technical issues after the return period, the Manufacturer's Warranty will apply. • Cameras and PCs: The warranty typically covers hardware defects for one year. The delivery note/invoice specifies the warranty period. • It does not cover accidental damage, impacts, or unauthorized hardware modifications.
